Colombia stocks higher at close of trade; COLCAP up 0.06%

Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrials, Services and Agriculture sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP rose 0.06%.

The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Grupo Nutresa SA (BVC:NUTRESA), which rose 2.54% or 8,140.00 points to trade at 328,000.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota SA Esp (BVC:ETB) added 0.83% or 1.00 points to end at 122.00 and Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA (BVC:GRUPOSURA) was up 0.74% or 520.00 points to 70,940.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Promigas (BVC:PROMIGAS), which fell 3.39% or 210.00 points to trade at 5,990.00 at the close. Banco De Bogota SA (BVC:BOGOTA) declined 3.19% or 1,220.00 points to end at 37,020.00 and Celsia SA (BVC:CELSIA) was down 3.10% or 145.00 points to 4,525.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.

US coffee C for December delivery was down 2.23% or 6.70 to $294.25 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December rose 1.33% or 73.00 to hit $5,563.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.86% or 34.70 to trade at $4,073.10 a troy ounce.

USD/COP was down 0.00% to 3,153.39, while BRL/COP fell 0.05% to 589.16.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.40% at 102.21.
