A 6-year-old girl was struck with a falling brick – breaking her leg – in a freak accident as she walked with her mom in Queens Thursday evening, cops and sources said.
The girl and her mom were strolling on 59th Street near Maspeth Avenue in Maspeth around 7:35 p.m. when the brick came tumbling down, hitting the unsuspecting child, according to authorities and sources.
The blow left the girl with a cut on her head and a broken femur, police said.

She was taken conscious and alert to Bellevue Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition.
No criminality was suspected in the disturbing mishap, cops said.
