A botched burglary at a home in Queens left several people stabbed and the suspect was shot by cops Friday night, according to sources.

A knife-wielding woman was shot by cops as multiple people were stabbed in a chaotic rampage inside a Queens home Friday night, according to police.

The apparent home invasion took place at a residence on 149th Street in Jamaica as emergency vehicles swarmed the typically quiet suburban street over a report that someone had been stabbed at 9:38 p.m.

Four people — the woman and three men — suffered stab wounds in the melee, NYPD Chief of Patrol Philip Rivera said in a press conference at 3:20 a.m.

A wounded man inside the home told police through a second-floor window that his uncle had stabbed him and warned them not to enter the residence. It remains unclear who stabbed the other victims.

The woman then threw keys out of a third-floor window, allowing officers to enter the home, Rivera said.

Once inside, cops heard screams coming from the third floor. They rushed to a small bedroom, where they encountered a chaotic scene involving two men and the woman.

“There was one male sitting on the floor, a second male on top of him, and the female who was on top of both of them,” Rivera said.

Officers ordered the three to put their hands up, and the individuals separated.

Two men complied, but the woman pointed with her left hand toward one of the men across the room and refused to raise her right hand, according to Rivera.

The woman continued to refuse to raise her hands and moved toward the officers with a knife in her hand.

“She was within several feet of the officers, when an officer discharged his firearm, striking her. She fell to the ground. Another officer deployed a taser,” Rivera said.

The woman was taken downstairs, where officers performed lifesaving measures.

The woman was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where she is in stable condition, Rivera said. A man was also transported to Jamaica Hospital.

Two other men were taken to North Shore University Hospital.

Cops recovered two knives at the scene, including a serrated kitchen knife.

A family with teenage children lives at the home where the carnage unfolded, a nearby resident told The Post.

A distraught neighbor said she’s “never seen anything like this” in her 30 years living there.

“I went to visit my husband in Long Island in the hospital and came back home and now I can’t get to my house,” 60-year-old Rosie told The Post, who described the situation as “overwhelming.”
