The 65-year-old victim was pushing the child in a stroller around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday in front of 42-65 Kissena Boulevard when the menace struck her in the face without saying a word, authorities said.
A stranger slugged a grandmother as she took her grandchild for a stroll this week — punching her in broad daylight in an unprovoked Queens attack, cops said.
The 65-year-old victim was pushing the child in a stroller around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday on Kissena Boulevard near Franklin Avenue in Flushing when the menace struck her in the face without saying a word, authorities said.
The blow left the victim with facial pain causing redness and swelling, cops said.

Police said the suspect — who has not been caught — fled on foot, traveling southbound on Kissena Boulevard.
The granny was transported in stable condition by EMS to New York-Presbyterian Queens.
The NYPD released photos of the hoodie-wearing, bearded attacker clad in all black pounding the pavement near the scene.

Anyone with information on the attack is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
