Sweden stocks lower at close of trade; OMX Stockholm 30 down 0.30%
Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Industrials and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.30%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Tele2 AB (ST:TEL2b), which rose 0.89% or 1.45 points to trade at 163.85 at the close. Meanwhile, SAAB AB ser. B (ST:SAABb) added 0.79% or 5.30 points to end at 680.10 and H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) was up 0.77% or 1.40 points to 175.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Industrivarden, AB ser. C (ST:INDUc), which fell 2.60% or 14.00 points to trade at 525.00 at the close. Epiroc AB Class A (ST:EPIRa) declined 2.28% or 5.80 points to end at 248.70 and Boliden AB (ST:BOL) was down 2.08% or 11.20 points to 527.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 379 to 329 and 87 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.84% or 0.70 to $82.57 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.79% or 0.70 to hit $88.28 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.98% or 43.63 to trade at $4,423.87 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was unchanged 0.00% to 11.03, while USD/SEK fell 0.05% to 9.57.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.07% at 99.83.
