Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.72%
Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Cement, Financial Services and Retail sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.72%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Raoom Trading Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4144), which rose 9.72% or 7.00 points to trade at 79.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280) added 7.28% or 0.82 points to end at 12.08 and National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL:4005) was up 5.42% or 5.60 points to 109.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (TADAWUL:1321), which fell 9.96% or 22.00 points to trade at 198.90 at the close. Saudi Fisheries Co. (TADAWUL:6050) declined 5.93% or 4.00 points to end at 63.50 and Mutakamela Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8040) was down 3.63% or 0.49 points to 13.01.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 177 to 120 and 30 ended unchanged.
Shares in Raoom Trading Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4144) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 9.72% or 7.00 to 79.00.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 2.82% or 2.38 to $86.72 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 3.19% or 2.90 to hit $93.91 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 1.37% or 55.82 to trade at $4,132.22 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.14% to 4.28, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 100.92.
