Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.13%

Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Insurance, Financial Services and Real Estate Development sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.13%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (TADAWUL:2030), which rose 9.98% or 5.35 points to trade at 58.95 at the close. Meanwhile, Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100) added 6.25% or 1.34 points to end at 22.77 and Mutakamela Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8040) was up 4.72% or 0.60 points to 13.32 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Riyadh Cement Co (TADAWUL:3092), which fell 4.91% or 1.16 points to trade at 22.46 at the close. Advanced Building Industries Co SJSC (TADAWUL:2240) declined 3.66% or 1.04 points to end at 27.34 and Saudi Company for Hardware (TADAWUL:4008) was down 3.39% or 0.64 points to 18.26.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 228 to 103 and 17 ended unchanged.

Shares in Saudi Company for Hardware (TADAWUL:4008) fell to all time lows; down 3.39% or 0.64 to 18.26.

Crude oil for October delivery was up 4.51% or 4.51 to $104.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 4.45% or 4.66 to hit $109.27 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.95% or 85.90 to trade at $4,323.00 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.57% to 4.33, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.51% at 99.35.
