Boost Run stock surges on AI infrastructure deployment

Boost Run Inc (NASDAQ:BRUN) shares rose 6.7% in after-hours trading Monday following the company's announcement of AI infrastructure deployment and the closing of more than $600 million in non-dilutive project financing year to date.

The Northbrook, Illinois-based company delivered the first project phase to a leading AI research and product company under agreements signed in May 2026. The multi-year agreements provide for the deployment of NVIDIA B300 GPUs across the company's data center facilities, along with related network storage and CPU node services.

In September, Boost Run added a new customer and signed a five-year, $525.6 million AI cloud services agreement with a leading provider of enterprise AI models and solutions. Under the agreement, Boost Run will deliver compute capacity powered by NVIDIA GPUs, along with network storage and CPU node services.

The company has established a fully funded runway to accelerate customer deployments through the fourth quarter of 2026 and scale operations into 2027. Several additional projects are in deployment and are nearing hand-off in the coming weeks, according to the company.

Boost Run is expanding its active colocation footprint across multiple new sites with existing data center partners. The company has extended its Minnesota presence and expects total deployed colocation capacity to reach approximately 40 MW by the end of 2026.

The company's project financing is structured to be repaid before contracts end, with customer payments exceeding debt payments each month. Once debt is repaid, the remaining contract term generates higher margins, according to CEO Andrew Karos.

Boost Run operates as an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Provider and has achieved NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture. The company maintains SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 certifications.
