In other recent news, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts reported its second-quarter financial results, revealing adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.48. This figure surpassed Wall Street’s expectations, which had estimated an EPS of $1.40. However, the company’s revenue for the quarter was $375 million, falling short of the projected $401.5 million. The earnings beat was attributed to higher adjusted EBITDA and share repurchases. Despite the EPS success, the revenue miss led to a decline in the company’s stock. Analysts had anticipated stronger revenue performance, which contributed to the market’s reaction. These developments highlight the mixed results for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in the recent quarter.
