Nixxy appoints Robert Reda to board as Lillian Mbeki resigns
Nixxy, Inc. (NASDAQ:NIXX) announced the appointment of Robert Reda to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Reda will serve as chair of the nominations committee and as a member of both the audit and compensation committees.
Reda’s appointment follows the resignation of Lillian Mbeki from the board, which was effective immediately prior to Reda’s appointment. The company stated that Mbeki’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Nixxy regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
As part of his compensation, Reda was granted 50,000 shares of common stock under Nixxy’s 2025 Equity Incentive Plan. In addition, for each year of service on the board, beginning with the current year and pro-rated accordingly, Reda will receive 50,000 shares of common stock that vest in four equal quarterly installments. He will also receive a monthly payment of $2,500.
According to the filing, Reda does not have any family relationships with current officers or directors, and there are no reportable related party transactions involving Reda under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
The information is based on a press release statement filed with the SEC.
