Lifeward Ltd. (NASDAQ:LFWD) announced Monday that its board of directors has appointed Ronen Tsimerman as chief financial officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer, effective November 1, 2026. The information is based on a press release statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to the filing, Tsimerman, age 56, most recently served as chief financial officer of Scopio Labs Ltd. from August through October 2026. Prior to that, he held several finance leadership roles, including chief financial officer of IceCure Medical Ltd. (NASDAQ:ICCM) from May 2017 to August 2026 and chief operating officer of the same company from May 2018 to November 2025. Tsimerman’s previous experience also includes chief financial officer positions at Insuline Medical Ltd. (TASE:INSL) and Mer-Group Broadband division (TASE:CMER), as well as vice president of finance at Mer-Group Telecom Division.

Tsimerman holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from the College of Management in Israel.

Lifeward’s agreement with Tsimerman, subject to shareholder approval of the company’s renewed compensation policy at its annual general meeting scheduled for October 30, 2026, provides for a gross monthly base salary of NIS 70,000. The agreement also includes an annual performance-based bonus, with a target amount of not less than four monthly salaries, and a transaction bonus. The bonuses are subject to the terms of the renewed compensation policy and any required approvals.

The employment agreement includes a three-month notice period for termination, which increases to four months for either party following any change in the company’s chief executive officer, including the appointment of a permanent chief executive officer. Tsimerman will also enter into Lifeward’s standard indemnification, insurance, and exculpation agreement.

The company stated that Tsimerman has no family relationship with any director or executive officer and there are no transactions requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K, apart from the described compensation arrangements.
