EBC Financial Group has been recognised as the winner of Best Broker by the UF AWARDS APAC 2026. The award marks a regional milestone for the London-founded international financial services group and its commitment to treating traders with professionalism and respect.
The UF AWARDS recognise the best and brightest brands in online trading and fintech. The Best Broker category recognises the broker voted best in the industry across the Asia-Pacific region, with the 2026 voting round held from 25 September to 2 October.
Taking traders seriously
For EBC, the announcement provides an opportunity to highlight the standards behind its client offering: understandable information, consistent service and access to resources that help individuals make informed decisions. Its approach centres on making trading technology, liquidity, market insights and education more accessible to individual traders.“At EBC Financial Group, we believe every serious trader deserves to be taken seriously. Receiving the Best Broker APAC award is an opportunity to thank the traders and industry participants who supported us. Our focus remains on providing clear information, professional trading resources and education that helps people understand global markets and the risks involved,” said Andria Phiniefs, Marketing Director, EBC Financial Group.

EBC’s belief that every serious trader deserves to be taken seriously starts with clear, verifiable information about the company. The group’s operating entities hold authorisations in the UK from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Australia from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Cayman Islands from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), and South Africa from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
Professional market access
That philosophy also informs EBC’s approach to trading infrastructure. The group combines pricing from multiple liquidity sources with its own trading technology, aiming to make resources commonly associated with institutional trading more accessible to individual traders.
For larger trading instructions, EBC Private Room provides a dedicated trading channel with liquidity matching designed to preserve order confidentiality and improve aggregated quotes. EBC also emphasises clear explanations of execution, trading conditions, costs and risks, helping clients understand how the service works and make their own informed decisions.
Education and wider partnerships
Education is another part of that approach. Through market commentary and the EBC Trading Academy, the group helps traders develop their understanding of markets and risk. Its collaboration with the University of Oxford’s Department of Economics through What Economists Really Do brings research-led perspectives to economics education. EBC is also an Official Forex Partner of FC Barcelona and supports United to Beat Malaria, reflecting its wider interest in knowledge and responsible business conduct.
The award marks a milestone in EBC’s work across Asia Pacific. Its longer-term focus remains on professional service and helping traders build the knowledge to approach markets with greater understanding and risk awareness.
